MADELEINE SANTON-WILLIAMS

Madeleine Santon-Williams is a driven, independent and brave performance artist. Her shows are most often grounded in feminist theory, and based around taboo topics, sexuality and the body, which she writes and performs herself. Madeleine aims to create a lighthearted atmosphere around controversial subjects in order to ensure that the audience feels at ease despite how uncomfortable the subject may make them feel. The audience tend to leave her shows wanting more, as well as having taken on a new perspective on the show’s theme. She is currently developing her show about masturbation: ‘I’m a wanker’, in preparation to tour later this year.
